Making a Purchase Browse our online shop, add any flowers or gifts to your basket and proceed to checkout. You will be asked for the details required to process your order. We accept most credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Clearpay and Klarna. Orders placed from outside the UK will be converted by your card provider. Orders cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee. Order confirmation indicates that we have received your order. A contract is formed once payment is processed. In the event of a pricing error or inability to supply a product, we will contact you before proceeding. Delivery Schedule Orders received before 2pm Monday–Friday will be delivered the same day if required. Orders after this time, and international orders, will normally be delivered the next working day. Orders with a chosen delivery date will be delivered on that date if placed before the same-day cut-off. Orders for public holidays will be delivered the next working day. Online deliveries are UK only. No timed deliveries except for funerals and weddings. Please telephone us if you have an urgent order or need specific flowers. Ideally, call at least 24 hours before delivery. Delivery Attempts Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not home, the flowers will be returned to the shop and a card left. If a neighbour is willing to accept responsibility, we may leave the flowers with them. If the recipient cannot collect, a new delivery time will be arranged at our earliest convenience.
